This jacket kind of piggybacks off the idea of the previous jacket of accepting flaws, almost ironically. I've been going through a rough time a majority of my adult life and I think one thing that I push on others that really helped me get through the way I think is this book called "The Dialectic Behavior Therapy Workbook" I can't recommend it enough. It is written in a really easily digestible format and it's about managing emotions and there is a small chapter on their about this concept called Radical Acceptance and I think it is such a wonderful thing. I use to think I was a sinking boat I use to think I was all these terrible things and then I stopped comparing myself to those things, there is nothing to lack when there is nothing to measure.
